Lindsey Pellerin - Associate

Lindsey joined the firm as an associate in 2023. She has experience in a wide variety of litigation matters, including business litigation, class action, general liability, insurance defense, education law, and in various real estate matters. Lindsey’s priority is to represent her clients’ best interests.
In law school, Lindsey was a member of the Jonathan Ault Mock Trial Team, placing first at the Case Classic Cross Town. She was also awarded the Williams E. Davis Prize for her successes in Mock Trial.
Outside of the office, Lindsey is active in her children’s school and her community. She currently serves as Vice President of the Lower Garden District Association and has been Chair of the Parks Committee for the last two years, which preserves and maintains the parks and fountains of the LGD, including the historic Coliseum Square and its associated fountains.
